Acera Labs
FROM BRIEF TO LIVE

From a brief at 9am to live campaigns by lunch.

And reconciled by tomorrow morning.

The Acera Labs brief-to-launch pipeline takes a campaign from intake through agents, approval, and activation in a single working session. Every step is logged, every dollar tagged, every result feeds back into your model.

THE SIX-STEP PIPELINE

Brief lands. Campaigns go live. Loop closes.

Each step below is a real part of the workflow. Every one logs its output so the next step starts with context.

Step 01

A brief lands in the OS.

Drop a campaign brief into Acera Labs. Budget, audience, KPI, channels, timeline. Plain English works. The campaign-brief intake agent structures it automatically and flags anything ambiguous before a single agent starts work.

Under the hood
The Campaign Ops Agent parses the brief into a validated JSON structure. Character limits, naming conventions, and budget constraints are checked against platform requirements before the workflow moves forward. Ambiguities surface as questions, not errors downstream.

Step 02

Four agents work in parallel.

The Audience, Campaign Ops, Media Strategy, and Financial Impact agents each pick up their part of the job. In parallel. The Audience Agent scores segments while Campaign Ops builds bulk sheets and Media Strategy allocates budget. No handoffs. No waiting.

Under the hood
Google Ads and Meta bulk import sheets are built to platform spec: 30-character headlines, 90-character descriptions, policy keyword checks, deterministic UTM parameters stamped on every ad from the moment of build. The sheets are validated automatically before they reach the approval queue.

Step 03

A recommendation surfaces with a dollar value.

The OS surfaces a complete campaign recommendation: budget allocation across channels, audience targeting, forecast revenue, and a confidence range. Every number has a source. Every assumption is visible.

Under the hood
The Data Science Agent uses Bayesian inference over your historical ROAS data, seasonal patterns, and the current channel mix to generate the forecast. The confidence range reflects genuine uncertainty, not a disclaimer. "78% confidence, range ±$24k" means something you can defend to a CFO.

Step 04

A marketer approves. Then it goes live.

The approval gate is non-negotiable. A marketer reviews the full recommendation, the allocation, and the forecast before a single dollar moves. Adjust, request changes, or approve. Every decision is logged.

Under the hood
The approval event writes to the audit log with timestamp, approver identity, the exact version of the bulk sheet approved, and the forecast that accompanied it. If the campaign is ever questioned, the full decision chain is one click away.

Step 05

Campaigns go live across Google and Meta.

The OS pushes the approved bulk sheets to both platforms via their APIs. Campaigns are live within the hour. Every ad carries a deterministic UTM so every click, every conversion, every dollar of revenue can be traced back to the exact brief that generated it.

Under the hood
UTM structure: source / medium / campaign / content / term, all generated from the brief at build time, never added manually. This makes attribution deterministic: when results feed back into the Marketing Mix Model, the signal is clean because the source data is clean.

Step 06

Reconciled by tomorrow morning.

A daily reconciliation job pulls actual spend and performance from both platforms and compares it against the brief's budget and KPI targets. Variance is flagged. The Insights Agent drops a summary to your team. Every result feeds back into the model so the next forecast is sharper.

Under the hood
Actual spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions are pulled from the Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API every morning. Each row reconciles against the approved allocation. The audit log is updated. The Marketing Mix Model receives the new actuals as a clean, timestamped input. The loop closes.

WHAT YOU GET

Four things every campaign now delivers.

Briefs become campaigns in minutes, not days.

A brief lands in the morning. Campaigns are live by lunch. The full pipeline runs in a single working session.

Every push waits on your decision.

The approval gate is non-negotiable. A marketer reviews and signs off before anything goes live. You stay in control.

Every dollar reconciles against actual spend.

Daily reconciliation compares approved budget against what actually ran. Every variance is visible. CFO-grade audit trail included.

Deterministic UTMs feed every result back into the model.

UTMs are stamped at build time, not added manually. Attribution is clean. Every campaign makes the next Marketing Mix Model run more accurate.

THE DIFFERENCE

The same brief. A very different result.

Works whether you have a Marketing Mix Model or not. The activation pipeline runs from day one. Add a Marketing Mix Model when your data is ready for one, and the reconciliation loop feeds results straight into it. Plug in an existing model, use Acera Labs' own module, or start with rules and heuristics.
