How do I get started?
Book a walkthrough and we configure your workspace, connect your first data sources, and run an initial campaign with you. You go live with the agents working, not with a login and a blank screen. Most teams are running inside the first week.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual plans cancel at renewal. Your data and decision history stay accessible for 60 days after cancellation, then deleted on request.
What counts as a decision?
One decision is one packet you action in the queue: approve, edit, or skip. Background work the agents do overnight (data refresh, decision staging, pacing checks, anomaly scans) does not count. Most teams land at 60 to 80 percent of their tier limit.
What if we hit the decision limit?
Nothing breaks. The queue keeps running, you get a soft alert at 80 percent and a hard alert at 100 percent, and you can either upgrade or wait for the next month. No overage charges, no surprise invoices.
Do I have to bring my own AI?
No. Every tier comes with AI integrated, nothing to set up. On Pro and Enterprise you can connect your own AI provider if you prefer.
Is my data ever used to train models?
No. Tenant data is row-level-security isolated. We never train any model on customer data, with or without consent. Cross-tenant learning is opt-in and default off.
Where is the data hosted?
Australian data residency by default (AWS ap-southeast-2). Enterprise tenants can request Singapore or US East. Encryption at rest with AES-256-GCM, RLS on every table, audit log on every read and write.
What if I need a custom integration?
Enterprise includes one custom connector at no extra cost. Additional connectors are quoted per integration. AdCP-compliant publishers integrate without custom work.
