This policy sets out the permitted and prohibited uses of the Acera Labs platform. All users must comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Uses

• Uploading your own business data for analysis
• Using AI models and agents for marketing intelligence
• Exporting reports and activating customer segments
• Integrating with approved third-party platforms via connectors
• Sharing access within your organisation via team management

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Upload data you do not have the right to process
• Upload data containing sensitive health, biometric, or financial information without proper consent
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or bypass security controls
• Use the Platform for discriminatory targeting based on protected characteristics
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models or algorithms
• Use automated scraping or excessive API calls to degrade service for others
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or attempt code injection
• Resell or redistribute Platform outputs without authorisation
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

4. Data Quality

You are responsible for the quality and legality of data uploaded to the Platform. AI model accuracy depends on data quality — uploading incomplete, outdated, or biased data may produce unreliable results.

5. Rate Limits

The Platform enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage. Excessive API usage may result in temporary throttling. Contact us if you require higher limits.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action where required
